Testimonial

"I first met Michi four years ago when I knew my health and emotional well-being were out of balance. I began a healing journey with her that completely changed my life in so many wonderful ways.

— My skin problem cleared.
— My intestinal health improved and rebalanced
— My emotional and mental attitudes shifted into a clearer, lighter and happier place.

Most importantly, Michi educated me about the need for optimum intestinal health. A clean healthy intestine helps me personally and professionally. I can share my optimum health and well-being with everyone in my life. MichiMagic is incredible!!!"

"Every spring, my husband I visit Sedona for two months at a time.  We have ben dealing with health issues for some time.  We thought we were doing everything right, until we visited Michi's office for Colonic one day.  We discovered that our intestines have never been cleaned up, and it is full with build-up.  So we took Michi's advice and cleaned our intestinal track for about a month period.  We, both lost a lot of inches on our waist, and it helped our long term health issues to clear up, which we thought we might have lime diseases.  We feel so much better first time in a long time.  Now we made our resolution, every spring when we visit Sedona, we will clean ourselves as part of our lifestyle."

Pre-Cleansing; things to do before cleansing

If you are new to cleansing, it is essential to learn and understand as much as possible about the cleansing process. Sometimes, you will experience a “Healing Crisis”, which means you might feel worse before you feel better. A healing crisis may include skin breakout, runny nose, headache, nausea, fatigue or unresolved emotions from the past. A healing crisis is a sign of healing, but could also be a sign that your liver and kidneys are overtaxed. Therefore, one should understand the level of the healing crisis, and modify the cleansing program as it progresses.

1. To make cleansing easier (meaning less healing crisis), you might need to change your lifestyle. If you have been eating a lot of meat, dairy products, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine or other intoxicants, it would be helpful to give yourself a few months to gradually eliminate these foods and substances. It would be too much physical and emotional stress to make these changes during the cleansing process.

2. Juicing your fruits and vegetables would be a great way to begin to alkalize and replenish the electrolytes in your body and start the healing process.

3. Not everyone can do the same cleanse. You should monitor how you feel, and change your cleansing program as it progresses. You should choose a cleansing program your body can handle. Remember that everybody is different. If your healing crisis becomes uncomfortable, then it would be wise to slow down or temporarily back off from the cleanse.

4. In addition, it took a while for toxins to accumulate in your body, so it is better to process the toxins out slowly. There is no benefit from getting sicker than you already are. Choose a program that is appropriate for you. It is also better to cleanse with the guidance of a Cleansing Coach.

5. Internal oleation is very important before, during and after a cleanse. Some of the ingredients in the cleansing products can cause further dryness in the intestines, which were already too dry to begin with. If you do not oleate properly, this will create a doshic imbalance. I recommend a balanced combination of Omega 3, 6 and 9, appropriate for your condition.

6. Some people already have intestinal problems; leaky gut syndrome, colitis, ulcers, candida, just to name a few. It all depends on the person, so you might have to rejuvenate your intestines before you start to cleanse. It would be wise to consult with a qualified health care provider, before you decide or start to cleanse.

7. As the pre-cleansing phase is a very important step, so is the post cleansing care. I will say that post cleansing will be the most important step to your overall health. You may also read about my information for post-cleaning tips.
